When I started this show a couple of years ago, I had no idea that the response would be as great as it has been. There is nothing like receiving emails from soldiers based in Iraq or from a fans in Japan or New Zealand whom appreciate the show. Though we are all far apart physically by distance, we are brought closer together because of the internet and through our love of music-- good music. I firmly believe that music transcends race or language. The drums and sonic textures of music speaks to us all whether it makes us happy, sad, angry, or just want to get up an "par-tay." Music brings people together.
